At i-care.qa, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across Qatar. Please read the following terms to understand how our delivery service works:

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery within 24 hours for all eligible orders.

  • Weekend Schedule:

    • ​Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Thursday will be delivered on Saturday.

    • No deliveries on Friday.

  • Delivery Hours:

    • ​Saturday to Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Public Holidays: Delivery times may vary due to national holidays. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

 Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery: For orders of 300 QAR or more. 

  • Standard Delivery Fee: 25 QAR for orders below 300 QAR.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday, will be delivered within 24 hours.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Thursday may be delivered on Saturday.

  • National Holidays: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays. Notices will be communicated in advance on our website and social media channels.

Payment Options

We offer safe and flexible payment methods:

  • Online Payment – Secure payment by credit or debit card at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay with cash when you receive your order.

  • Card on Delivery – Pay by card when your order is delivered.

Missing Items or Order Issues

If any item in your order is missing:

  • A 100% refund will be automatically processed either:

    • Back to your original payment card, or

    • As i-care Points, which can be used to pay for 100% of your next order.
