Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, most of our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Skin & body care items

  • Medical items

Exceptions – Eligible for Return/Refund

The following items may be eligible for return or refund only under the terms of the product warranty:​

  • Baby Monitors

  • Car Seats

  • Baby Chairs

  • Toys (Teethers excluded)

  • Items for home

 

To request a return or refund for these items:

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase

  • The product must be covered by warranty

  • The issue must be manufacturer-related, not caused by misuse or wear and tear

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage

  • A replacement or refund will be offered only after inspection and approval
